The wine
Viña Valdemazón originates from vineyards aged between 15 and 20 years old, planted at a height of 800 metres above sea level on typical Ribera soil, which is predominantly limestone and low in organic material; this definitely has a bearing on the character and quality of the grapes and defines the personality of this wine: new-style Ribera del Duero, structured, silky and elegant.
NOTE: Only 8,500 bottles were produced from the 2007 harvest.
