The wine
The Rosso di Montepulciano of Poderi Sanguineto is made from Sangiovese grapes (called in Montepulciano Prugnolo Gentile), Canaiolo nero and Mammolo. In the glass it exhibits a beautiful lively ruby color; on the nose the perfume is intense and persistent, vinous. The sip on the palate is dry and balanced. Wine for the whole meal in combination with a menu of land cuisine.
