The wine
Planeta Eruzione 1614 Carricante is a wine of great originality and expressive power, pale yellow in color with light green reflections. The nose expresses a typical bouquet of high wines, with aromas of green apple, white flowers and wild honey. There are also mineral notes, almost mentholated. On the palate it reveals good acidity and freshness, in the style of Etna. Long and persistent with very evident flavor. Ideal ally of the sea food, it splendidly enhances fried blue fish, fish sauces, fresh appetizers, fish soups, spaghetti with red mullet sauce, salt fish, anchovy omelette, oysters.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
