Review
Valpolicella Zèfiro is a young wine, ideal for all meals and as an aperitif, recommended with soft cheeses, white meats, soups and risottos. In the glass it shows a beautiful pale ruby red color with slight purple reflections. On the elegant and fragrant nose, notes of red fruit emerge such as cherry and strawberry, accompanied by a slight spiciness. On the palate it enters fresh and fruity with a softness well balanced by a slight final acidity.
