Mazzolino Blanc de Blancs

Mazzolino Blanc de Blancs is a pleasant sparkling straw yellow color, bright and crystalline, with fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is large and characteristic, with hints of white flowers and exotic fruit in evidence. In the mouth it initially shows a good freshness, followed by a pleasant softness which gives the tasting a great balance. On the table, it goes very well with appetizers (both hot and cold), with first courses based on fish, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.
