The wine
A careful selection, mainly of Cariñena grapes (75%), from the oldest vineyards of three different soil properties: Coll Roig (calcareous), Ripolls (clay) and Riguerra (slate). An intense and very complex wine, balanced, powerful, with a marked character.
NOTE: It is recommended to oxygenate before consuming, especially the longer it takes in the bottle.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
