The wine
Sauvignon Mantele is a fresh and pleasant white wine with an intense straw yellow color. The aromatic profile expresses citrus notes of grapefruit and floral hints of elderberry and pepper. On the palate it has a good character and is dry and clean. Perfect in combination with raw fish, shellfish, stewed fish, pasta with seafood.
