The wine
The Spätlese and Kabinett, with their touch of sweetness, are the wines which best express the classic typicity of wines from the Moselle, the balance between acidity and residual sugar. With this Kabinett in particular, Julian Haart offers us a wine in all its purity, a reflection of the authentic character of both the Riesling variety and the Goldtröpfchen vineyard, rich in slate. A piece of advice, be patient and don't open it until it reaches maturity, that means a minimum of twenty years in bottle. You'll be rewarded with a wine which is full of fruit, aromatic, juicy and with a saline touch on the finish.
