Spec sheet
The wine
A very aromatic white Chardonnay, with a good balance between acidity and alcohol. It appears a lemony yellow colour with golden glints. The nose is particularly intense and exudes Chardonnay varietal aromas, with notes of fresh fruit (citrus fruits, apple, and tropical fruits). It is clean and fresh on the palate, which is unctuous and long, and shows good acidity. It also retains that aromatic propensity and exhibits some well-integrated, subtle hints of oak.
NOTE: Due to the intensity of its aroma, it is best not served too cold.
Aged for 3 months in oak barrels.
