The wine
Rock & Schiste is a macerated white wine with skins revealing Chardonnay. The color is golden without being amber or orange. First of all, we are surprised by the depth of the aromatic expression. The mouth provides a comparable, refined and sharp emotion. The finish highlights the fruits and spices that allow you to imagine new pairings. The tannic texture extracted from the skins and seeds reinforces the expression of the terroir and brings a new dimension to the mouth!
