The wine
Rock Schiste et bien ouillée is based on the solera, a dynamic aging technique for Spanish origin wine, which allows a blend of different vintages. This solera, assiduously surpassed since 2003, was bottled in 2019.
The wine has a fairly pronounced color, its structure reveals the important presence of alcohol. The nose is marked mainly by notes of nuts. On the palate, the attack surprises with the low sugar content and completes the nose with bitter citrus peel and dried fruit.
