The wine
Bulles de Schiste is a Pet Nat, as we say now, in fact it is a sparkling wine of the ancestral method; that is, the oldest method of making wine bubbles.
Dominant notes of yellow fruit illustrate the ripe harvest of this cuvée. Despite a discreet start, the palate is delicious and allows a very precise finish to be expressed.
