The plot is located in an area where Teroldego has always been present. Oral tradition speaks of its birth right on the hills of Sorni. Also in this case the name Gril is firmly linked to the territory. Grill is the area to which the plot belongs, and was the name of an old farm that was demolished years ago following the expansion of the extraction activity of the nearby gypsum quarry. The vineyard is located at 300 meters above sea level. After 10-15 days of maceration, the wine continues its life in wood: barriques and 10 hl barrels. It remains in the barrel until the next harvest and then refines its character in the bottle for at least 1 year. The wine is ready 3 years after its harvest: the body and structure given by the terroir make it a wine suitable for aging.
