The wine
Prepared by the method of bleeding. When freshly harvested grapes resting on your deposit with all solid matter, let marinate 6 hours just to get to that color so fine and delicate, color "onion skin" some call it, separates the juice directly without crimping the remaining matter that, despite being a very good raw material, is aimed at the development of the rest of house wines.
A total respect for fermentation and bottling hurry presents a wine that sweeps any wine competition that occurs, a wine that typically sell out soon after going on sale because their production is rather low for the demand it has.
