The wine

The three coordinate axes form a cube, and that is where wine was traditionally made on our land, in a three-dimensional space. Each dimension reflects one of the three main factors required for making this fine wine: X: (Length): Represents our vines planted in rows. Y: (Surface area): Represents our hands. Z: (Volume): Represents the cellar space we need so that our wines can rest at a constant temperature for a sufficient period of time in casks and bottles.

This wine is a dark Picota cherry colour, with garnet and violet hues. It releases aromas of ripe woodland fruits, and imparts fruit, toasty and spicy notes both on the nose and the palate. Balanced, pleasant and offering fullness in the mouth, the finish is most persistent.

Aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. Subsequent rest in bottle for a further 4 months.

Located on the La Cenia estate, in the municipality of Darmós (Montsant), the property boasts an old well used for irrigation and the ruins of an olive oil mill,...
