The wine
This is a wine of great complexity, intense, concentrated and aromatic, fruit of an excellent harvest and 75 year-old vineyards. The contrast between the daytime temperatures with days of sunshine and the cool nights enabled the grapes to ripen slowly and allowed them to reach excellent poliphenolic maturity.
Production of this wine is limited to some 510 bottles, traditionally crafted in every respect, and then numbered individually by hand.
