The wine
The Bobal variety expressed well in this balanced wine, fragrantly scented, fresh and flavoursome. A blend of Bobal grapes selected from the Hoya del Carmen, Fuente del Piojo and Finca los Halcones estates, originating from vineyards aged over 80 years old that are cultivated in line with organic viticulture.
Partially aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
