The wine
The Oloroso Solera de Su Majestad originates, like the others in this range, from Valdespino’s extremely old soleras, exceeding the 30 year-old mark established for the VORS classification. This is an expressive, complex Oloroso, with notes of dried fruits and nuts as well as fine wood; it is rounded, with a definite creaminess and a lengthy, persistent finish.
