The sauvignon blanc is a grape native to the Loire Valley while others argue that it is also Bordeaux-and more specifically, in the areas of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé (Central Loire), where we found the most exquisite and sauvignones representative worldwide for its calcareous and flint. His Domaine Vacheron 2008 is an excellent smoked blanc maturity reminds us, first, to an infusion of grapefruit (for its beautiful color, bright). It transmits purity and something feminine, distinctive and authentic aromas in this area: scents of grapefruit, mango and passion fruit pure. Surprisingly, the flavors are so refined that resemble a kind ice tea infusion; barely noticeable alcohol.
If we let it breathe, you take temperature, emerge from it all its mineral, stone and chalk rifle. And the mouth, just perfect: excellent maturity even with little food mouth resurfacing grapefruit flavors accompanied by a fine acidity that makes you salivate after the drink.
Nice to drink this wine! After each cup, a slight feeling vegetable, fresh and smoked. I dig!
