A wine which will surprise quite a few and become one to follow in its subsequent vintages, since Marc and Adriá Pérez's creativity seems to have no bounds. Their new white is mainly made from Garnacha Blanca (60%), but also has some Picapoll (20%) and Pedro Ximénez (15%) along with other varieties, fermented in new barrels and concrete vats, and matured in concrete vats and glass demijohns.
