Limestone is a sedimentary rock mainly formed from carbonates, which gives some of the most prestigious wine-producing regions in the world their white appearance, for instance Champagne, Jerez and Burgundy. Its soils are famous for imbuing the wines with a special elegance and a minerality reminiscent of chalk. As well, they highlight varietal aromas very precisely and make improvements to the fruit.
In this selection we're offering you the opportunity to enjoy six wines from differing regions but with finesse and complexity as a common denominator. Montsant, Jerez, Champagne, Burgundy, Toledo and Valencia; Garnacha, Pedro Ximénez, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Petit Verdot, and taking into account above all else: delicacy, a strong personality and velvety-smooth tannins.
