The wine
Feudo di Santa Tresa Cerasuolo di Vittoria is a fine Sicilian wine with a strong territorial connotation, bright ruby red in color with garnet hues. The nose releases hints of ripe fruit and an enveloping spiciness. The taste is played on power and freshness, with a lively tannic texture and a notable final extension. Excellent as a wine for the whole meal, it goes particularly well with elaborate and succulent first courses.
