The wine
A pale yellow colour with green and gold glints, the nose exudes aromas of white fruit and tropical fruit (banana and pineapple), as well as balsamic and fine oak notes. The wine is elegant and unctuous on the palate, revealing fruit and balsamic notes.
NOTE: We recommend decanting in order to enjoy the wine’s character at its best.
Aged for 4 months in new French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. Battonage is carried out twice a week.
